Event: Public Hearing for Proposed Bylaw No. 04-24

To discuss the amendment of the land use bylaw to change the zoning of Lot 3, Block 62, Plan 5841 EG (604 Heritage Road) from “General Commercial (GC)” to “Residential (R).” This change would permit the development of a residential dwelling.
If you wish to present your views on the proposed bylaw, please submit written comments to Angie Jensen, Interim Chief Administrative Officer by 4:00 p.m., June 21, 2024. You may also speak at the hearing, even if you did not submit written comments in advance. Presentations are limited to 10 minutes, with possible extensions as allowed by the council.
The full text of the bylaw is available for public viewing during regular office hours. Copies can be obtained for a fee.
