Barnwell Days
Come out for a great weekend with the family! The fun starts Friday evening with an outdoor volleyball tournament and a family movie. Saturday includes a fun run, breakfast, parade, fun in the park, dinner ($2 for Hot Dog meal and $3 for a Hamburger meal), program, family dance and fireworks to finish it all off.

2k and 5k Fun Run

Registration: There will be a $5.00 registration fee to participate in either the 2K or 5K race. Registration forms must be submitted to the Village of Barnwell office for each race participant by Thursday, July 12, 2018. Late registrants will only receive bib numbers while quantities last and on a first come first serve basis. Children 3 and under may participate for free.Race Information: Both the 2k and 5k will begin and finish at the Barnwell LDS Church and will begin at 8:00. There will be one water station on the 2k course, and two water stations on the 5k course. Water and light refreshments will be served at the finish line and participants are welcome to walk to the pancake breakfast at Willow Park after the race.
Packet pick-up: Bib numbers can be picked up between 7:30-7:45 a.m. the day of the race, so come early so the race can start on time! Late registrations will be accepted from 7:30-7:45 a.m., however, we cannot guarantee a bib number will be available.
Course Description: The 5k and the 2k will run along the old highway 3. Racers will begin on Heritage Road in front of the Barnwell LDS Church, follow the road signs placed on the course, and return to the finish line at the Barnwell LDS Church.
Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age category in the 5k ONLY. Winners will be announced during the program at Willow Park later that evening.
